Making A Booking
Q: How do I purchase Tickets to see The Chocolate Men?
You can purchase your Tickets online using the online booking system via our website. Once you have
purchased your Tickets you will receive an email from us containing your booking confirmation and E-
Tickets. Please present your E-Ticket on the night of the Show. There is no need to print your tickets
unless you wish to.
PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO NOT HAVE INDIVIDUAL TICKET SELLERS – DO NOT PURCHASE
TICKETS FROM ANYONE WHO POSES TO BE A CHOCOLATE MEN TEAM MEMBER.
Q: Can we pay for Tickets on the door?
Unfortunately not, all Tickets must be purchased in advance and we do not take any money on the door.
This is for your security and ours so we can account for everybody in the building.
Q: How do I add an extra person to my booking?
Book using our online booking system. If you book under the same bubble/group name the guest will
automatically be added to your original booking. You can do this as many times as you wish! If the booking
has made under a different name just send an email to holla@thechocolatemen.com and we will adjust
accordingly so you are together.
Q: Will we all be sat together?
Yes, we will assist you to install the template if needed
Q: Access Requirements?
Please advise the venue directly in advance of any access needs which you or any member of your party
may have. Alternatively you may email us at Holla@thechocolatemen.com and we will note your needs on
our guests lists and make the venue aware.
Q: What should I do if I don’t receive my booking confirmation and E-Tickets?
Once you have purchased your Tickets via our online booking system it normally only take a few minutes
for your booking confirmation and E-Tickets to be sent through to your email address, however, it can
sometimes take up to 24 hours for your booking confirmation and E-Tickets to come through so please be
patient.
If your booking confirmation and E-Tickets have not arrived to your inbox or your email address within 24
hours, then they may have ended up going into your junk mail folder. Please ensure you check your junk
mail folder on your email address as well, as sometimes your booking confirmation and E-Tickets can end
up going into your junk mail folder in error.
If you have still not received your booking confirmation and E-Ticket, then please contact us by email
at Holla@thechocolatemen.com quoting your name, the email address you used when booking your
Tickets, which location you booked for and the date of the show you made the booking for.
Q: How long does the show last for?
Each location can differ slightly however, all of our shows last for around 2 hours and depending on
location come with an optional free After Show Party entry afterwards. All show and arrival times can be
found on your E-Tickets and our booking pages.
Q: Is your online booking system secure?
Yes, it’s very secure and we only collect your details in a secure environment. All debit and credit card
transactions made on our website are done via WorldPay who have the highest level of compliance under
the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). We do not store any of your debit or credit card
details.
Q: Can I pay a deposit for my Tickets and pay for them at a later date?
We do currently have a limited number of tickets that can be paid for in instalments, All instalments will
need to be paid in full 7 days prior to the date of the show you are attending to secure your tickets. Please
be aware that booking fees will be added to each instalment by our ticket agents.
You are of course welcome to pay in full for tickets at the time of booking
Please beware that our shows sell out very quickly so it’s advised that you book as far in advance as
possible to avoid disappointment.
Tickets can not be purchased on the door of our shows and will all need to be advance purchased via our
website.
Your ticket will be transferred to another date of your choice within 6 months.

ON THE NIGHT OF THE CHOCOLATE MEN SHOW
Q: What time do we need to arrive at the show?
This will depend on which location and show you’re coming to, all of the information on arrival times etc.
can be found on your E-Tickets and right here on our website. We ask that you strictly follow these times as
they are set for a reason. Failure to turn up on time or arrive once the show has started, could result in you
and your party being refused entry and your Tickets could be cancelled with no refunds given.
Q: What is the minimum age to come to a The Chocolate Men Show?
Our show is strictly for over 18s only and you will need to bring photo ID with you on the night even if you
look over the age of 18. This is for both age verification and security purposes.
Sorry we can’t make any
exceptions. (A few selected venues are over 21’s only, please refer to ticket page for information)
Q: What is the dress code for the show and after party?
Smart casual or dress to impress, be comfortable! We do allow fancy dress as our shows are all about
having a great night out with your friends, however, please be aware that if you bring any giant inflatables
or any other large objects with you these may be taken from you and stored until you leave. This is for
health and safety reasons set by venues and also so they don’t spoil other attendees from enjoying our
shows.

Q: Photography at shows
There are usually times prior to or after the show to take some photos with the guys. Rules on photography
during our shows depend on the individual venues rules, some will happily allow this but others are stricter,
please adhere to these rules and bear in mind that if you don’t you may be removed from the show and refused re-entry.
Q: How much are the drinks at the shows?
Each Venue differs, the drinks prices are set by the Venue and not by us. We advise that you check with
the venue directly if needed. At some venues we do offer special Chocolate Men drinks packages.
Q: Do you offer any hotel packages or can you recommend a hotel in the area?
Some of the hotels that we have shows at will have special prices for rooms if you are wanting to stay the
night. Please drop us an email if this is something you would like to know more about at

We can suggest hotels close to our show locations but these are not to be taken as personal
recommendations by us.
Q: Shows with Dinner
Menu requests; As soon as we have confirmation of the menu at each location these will be posted on our
website or requested by email to Holla@thechocolatemen.com
Q: Do you use flashing lights and strobe lighting in the show?
Each of our Venues have different lighting rigs, some of which do have strobe lighting effects. We cannot
guarantee that strobe lighting will not be used at the show so if you have epilepsy or are sensitive to
flashing lights you must make us aware of this upon booking your Tickets.
Q: Can we dance on the stage?
The stage is for the performers and we ask that you refrain from coming up onto the stage unless invited.
This is for health and safety reasons; if you persist to try and get onto the stage or performance area you
may be asked to leave the venue, and re entry will be refused.
Can we touch the performers?
We know it’s hard to keep your hands away from our Chocolate Men’s bodies but we do not allow the
touching of performers without their consent, anybody caught trying to touch any of our performers without
their consent will be asked to leave the show.

Q: Do The Chocolate Men go all the way?
We certainly do! And our guys have to have a minimum amount of 8 inches to join the team ;)
(Some venues may have restrictions on this, but you will still definitely get a good idea of how much our
men to have to offer)
Q: Where are The Chocolate Men performing?
Our Tour show is in hotels around the country; for dates and the full schedule please check our website
page. We can be found in many towns and bigger cities! Our weekly Saturday night shows currently take
place in our residency at Spearmint Rhino, Tottenham Court Road London.
Q: Can you tip at The Chocolate Men?
At The Chocolate Men shows there is usually no tipping however at our shows you can purchase
Chocolate Men Dollars to make it rain for the boys!
Q: How to become a Chocolate Man
Everyone that fits our criteria is welcome to audition and if we see that alluring Chocolate Men quality we
will train you up to become part of the only all black male strip group in the UK
Q: General
We cannot guarantee specific dancers for each event; our dancers perform on a rotation basis
Please be respectful - Any aggressive or unruly behaviour directed at our dancers, staff or guests will
not be tolerated and you will be removed from the venue and refused re-entry
