How long does the show last for?
Each location can differ slightly however, all of our shows last for around 2 hours and depending on location and event come with an optional free After Show Party entry afterwards. All show and arrival times can be found on your E-Tickets and our booking pages.

Stage Passes
Stage passes are available to purchase in addition to your tickets, and one pass is included within a group booking package. These passes give you exciting, one to one time on stage with one of our performers.We aim to give our guests the opportunity to be with their chosen performer, but we cannot guarantee this due to time restrictions, and who is performing on the day of your booking.
Will We All Be Sat Together?
To assure that you are seated together at our shows turn up early, seats for general admission are on a first come first served basis.

Can we touch the performers?
We know it’s hard to keep your hands away from our Chocolate Men’s bodies but we do not allow the touching of performers without their consent, anybody caught trying to touch any of our performers without their consent will be asked to leave the show.
Refund Policy
If we have to cancel or reschedule a Chocolate Man event then we will offer you the option of; either keeping your purchased tickets for the amended date or exchanging your tickets for an alternative show. Exchanges must be made/claimed within 30 days of receipt of our email informing you of any changes by following the instructions given in the email. THESE OPTIONS ONLY APPLY TO RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED SHOW DATES.
Please understand that occasionally our events have to be amended due to circumstances beyond our control, and we will do what we can to find an alternative show date or Chocolate Men event for you to attend.
Tickets are NOT refundable. You can however transfer purchased tickets to another person, OR your ticket can be rolled over to an alternative date of your choice.
