We cannot guarantee specific dancers for each event; our dancers perform on a rotation basis.
Sometimes we encounter specifics and issues which are beyond our control, we do everything we possibly can to keep our customers and show goer's happy, however The Chocolate Men do reserve the right to change venue locations, performers or any other aspect of the shows accordingly.
Please be respectful - Any aggressive or unruly behavior directed at our dancers, staff or guests will not be tolerated and you will be removed from the venue and refused re-entry.
We have a strictly over 18's policy due to the nature of our events and also licensing laws. There are no exceptions to this rule and photographic ID will be needed to gain entry. *Our events have no affiliation with the film of the same name, but we do have an eye opening documentary ‘The Black Full Monty’ which can be viewed worldwide on C4 catchup, Starz and Vice Australia.
How Do I Add An Extra Person To My Booking?
Simply book any additional tickets using our online booking system.
Will We All Be Sat Together?
To assure that you are seated together at our shows turn up early, seats for general admission are on a first come first served basis.
What Should I Do If I Don’t Receive My Booking Confirmation And E-Tickets?
Once you have purchased your Tickets via our online booking system it normally only takes a few minutes for your booking confirmation and E-Tickets to be sent through to your email address, however, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for your booking confirmation and E-Tickets to come through so please be patient.
If your booking confirmation and E-Tickets have not arrived in your inbox or your email address within 24 hours, then they may have ended up going into your junk mail folder, give this a check before contacting us.
If you have still not received your booking confirmation and E-Ticket, then please contact us by email at Hello@thechocolatemen.com quoting your name, the email address you used when booking your Tickets, which location you booked for and the date of the show you made the booking for.
If we have to cancel or reschedule a Chocolate Man event then we will offer you the options of; either keeping your purchased tickets for the amended date, or exchanging your tickets for an alternative show. Exchanges must be made/claimed within 30 days of receipt of our email informing you of any changes by following the instructions given on the email. THESE OPTIONS ONLY APPLY TO RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED SHOW DATES.
Tickets are NOT refundable. You can however transfer purchased tickets to another person.Please understand that occasionally our events have to be amended due to circumstances beyond our control, and we will do what we can to find another show or event that's works for you to attend.

What time do we need to arrive at the show?
This will depend on which location and show you’re coming to, all of the information on arrival times etc. can be found on your E-Tickets and right here on our website. We ask that you strictly follow these times as they are set for a reason.
Failure to turn up on time or arrive once the show has started, could result in you and your party being refused entry and your Tickets could be cancelled with no refunds given.
How long does the show last for?
Each location can differ slightly however, all of our shows last for around 2 hours and depending on location and event come with an optional free After Show Party entry afterwards. All show and arrival times can be found on your E-Tickets and our booking pages.
What is the minimum age to come to a The Chocolate Men Show?
Our show is strictly for over 18s only and you will need to bring photo ID with you on the night even if you look over the age of 18. This is for both age verification and security purposes. Sorry we can’t make any exceptions. (A few selected venues are over 21’s only, please refer to ticket page for information)
What is the dress code for the show and after party?
Smart casual or dress to impress, be comfortable! We do allow fancy dress as our shows are all about having a great night out with your friends, however, please be aware that if you bring any giant inflatables or any other large objects with you these may be taken from you and stored until you leave. This is for health and safety reasons set by venues and also so they don’t spoil other attendees from enjoying our shows. (For any shows at Spearmint Rhino – strictly no sportswear or caps, box fresh trainers are allowed)
Photography at shows
There are usually times prior to or after the show to take some photos with the guys. Rules on photography during our shows depend on the individual venues rules, some will happily allow this but others are stricter, please adhere to these rules and bear in mind that if you don’t you may be removed from the show and refused re-entry.
If you are lucky enough to get some great photos don’t forget to #thechocolatemen or mention us on social media, we love to see the fun you had at our shows (Please bear in mind the rules on photographs containing nudity – we don’t want you to lose your accounts or ours, so keep them ‘clean’)
How much are the drinks at the shows?
Each venue differs, the drinks prices are set by the venue and not by us. We advise that you check with the venue directly if need be. At some venues we do offer special Chocolate Men drinks packages.
Do you offer any hotel packages or can you recommend a hotel in the area?
We can suggest hotels close to our show locations but these are not to be taken as personal recommendations by us.
Do you use flashing lights and strobe lighting in the show?
Each of our Venues have different lighting rigs, some of which do have strobe lighting effects. We cannot guarantee that strobe lighting will not be used at the show so if you have epilepsy or are sensitive to flashing lights you must make us aware of this upon booking your tickets.
Can we dance on the stage?
The stage is for the performers and we ask that you refrain from coming up onto the stage unless invited. This is for health and safety reasons; if you persist to try and get onto the stage or in the performance area you may be asked to leave the venue, and re entry will be refused.
Can we touch the performers?
We know it’s hard to keep your hands away from our Chocolate Men’s bodies but we do not allow the touching of performers without their consent, anybody caught trying to touch any of our performers without their consent will be asked to leave the show.
