Refund Policy

If we have to cancel or reschedule a Chocolate Man event we will offer you the option of; either keeping your purchased tickets for the amended date or exchanging your tickets for an alternative show. Exchanges must be made/claimed within 30 days of receipt of our email informing you of any changes by following the instructions given in the email. THESE OPTIONS ONLY APPLY TO RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED SHOW DATES.

Please understand that occasionally our events have to be amended due to circumstances beyond our control, and we will do what we can to find an alternative show date or Chocolate Men event for you to attend.

Tickets are NOT refundable. You can however transfer purchased tickets to another person, OR your ticket can be rolled over to an alternative date of your choice.
